These Terms of Service govern your use of the Opvello website and any Opvello services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service

Opvello provides business management software on a subscription basis. Specific features, pricing, and service levels are defined in your service agreement. We may add, change, or remove features over time as we improve the product; we will communicate material changes in advance.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by your staff and any other users you authorize. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access. Use of the service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Payment

Pricing and payment terms are as agreed in your service contract. Late payments may result in service suspension. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual Property

Opvello retains all rights, title, and interest in the service, including its software, designs, and trademarks. You retain all rights in the data you upload to the service. You grant Opvello a limited licence to use that data as needed to operate the service for you.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service as described in your service agreement. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Acceptable Use Policy has been violated, or if payment is overdue. On termination, we will make your data available for export for a limited period, after which it will be deleted.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Opvello provides the software "as is" without warranty of any kind, except as expressly stated in your service agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opvello is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice in advance.
