Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes acceptable use of Opvello's services. It supplements our Terms of Service, and applies to everyone who uses the service, including administrators, staff, and any other authorized users under your account.
Prohibited uses
You may not use Opvello to engage in, attempt to engage in, or assist anyone else in engaging in any of the following:
Any activity that violates applicable law, including fraud, money laundering, the financing of terrorism, market manipulation, or the sale of prohibited goods.
Harassment, threats, defamation, or other abusive behaviour toward Opvello staff, other customers, or any third party.
Uploading, distributing, or transmitting malware, ransomware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
Attempting to disrupt the service, probe or scan its security, reverse-engineer its components, or bypass rate limits, authentication, or other access controls.
Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction of the service beyond what is permitted by your subscription and our published interfaces.
Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise providing access to the service to third parties outside the scope of your subscription, except as expressly permitted.
Infringing the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of Opvello or any third party.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by your staff and any other users you authorize. Keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly at security@opvello.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe this policy has been violated, with or without notice depending on the severity and impact of the issue. When feasible, we will communicate the reason for any enforcement action and the steps required to restore service.
Reporting abuse
If you become aware of any activity that violates this policy, or of any content on the service that you believe is unlawful, please report it to abuse@opvello.com. Include enough detail for us to investigate.
Relationship to the Terms
This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms control.
